  2. It’s 100 gm of Caster Sugar -.
  3. Prepare 2 of Eggs -.

  6. It’s 100 gm of Dates -.
  7. It’s 50 gm of Walnuts – , roughly chopped.

Banana, date and walnut loaf instructions

  1. Start by mashing the bananas.
  2. Also roughly chop the walnuts and dates and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Next add the eggs one at a time and slowly pour in the flour.
  5. To this mixture, add the mashed bananas, dates, the nuts and the baking powder.
  6. Spoon the mixture into a loaf pan and bake for an hour or until the loaf has risen and is firm to the touch.
  7. Pull out of the oven once fully baked and allow it to cool before cutting it in slices.
  8. Spread some butter and serve!.
