Ingredients of Chocolate Pecan Pie
- You need 3 of eggs.
- It’s 1 cup of sugar.
- You need 1 cup of KARO light or dark corn syrup.
- You need 2 tbsp of butter.
- Prepare 1 tsp of vanilla.
- Prepare 1 1/2 cup of pecans.
- Prepare 1 of 9 inch pie crust.
- It’s 2 oz of semi sweet chocolate.
Chocolate Pecan Pie step by step
- preheat oven to 350° F.
- in medium bowl, beat eggs slightly with fork.
- add sugar, corn syrup, vanilla.
- melt butter with chocolate, add to mix.
- stir until well blended.
- stir in pecans.
- pour into pie crust.
- bake 50-55 mins, or until inserted knife comes out clean.
