Ingredients of Usuku lwe pudding – Date pudding – Taai Dadelpoeding
- You need of dades, cut in pieces.
- It’s of water.
- It’s of Snowflake cake flour.
- You need of Sugar.
- You need of baking powder.
- It’s of baking soda.
- You need of salt.
- It’s of oil.
- It’s of milk.
- It’s of egg.
- Prepare of Sauce.
- Prepare of Milk.
- It’s of brown sugar.
- You need of Butter or margarine.
Usuku lwe pudding – Date pudding – Taai Dadelpoeding step by step
- Bring the water and dates to boil then let it stand for 5min to cool down..
- Sif all the dry ingredients..
- Beat the oil, egg and milk together trow in the date mixture. Then you can add it to you dry ingredients. Place the dough in a creased pan. Bake it for 40-45 minutes on 180°C.
- Make you sauce cook it for 5 minutes. Trow it onto your pudding once it comes out of the oven..
