Ingredients of Carrot Cinnamon Cake

  1. It’s of All-purpose flour (Maida).
  2. Prepare of Baking soda.
  3. It’s of Ground cinnamon.
  4. Prepare of Freshly grated Nutmeg.
  5. You need of Salt.
  6. You need of Oil.
  7. You need of Light brown Sugar-.
  8. Prepare of Milk.
  9. It’s of Water.
  10. Prepare of Vanilla extract.
  11. Prepare of Carrot (grated).
  12. You need of Walnut (chopped).
  13. Prepare of For Cream Cheese topping.
  14. You need of Unsalted Butter.
  15. It’s of Cream cheese softened to room temperature.
  16. It’s of Powdered Sugar.
  17. Prepare of Vanilla extract.
  18. You need of To decorate.
  19. It’s of Cinnamon powder.
  20. It’s of Unsalted pistachios.

Carrot Cinnamon Cake instructions

  1. In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients, flour, baking soda, Nutmeg, salt, cinnamon. Mix it well & keep it aside..
  2. In a blender add oil & brown sugar mix it well. Add water, milk & vanilla extract. Mix it properly..
  3. Now add in all the pre mixed dry ingredients & blend it well..
  4. Add In carrot & blend to smooth batter. Finally add chopped walnuts & mix..
  5. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degree C)..
  6. Grease the cake pan. Now pour the batter in a greased pan. Bake the cake for 30-40 mins..
  7. Cool down completely the cake & slowly put it upside down & remove from pan..
  8. For cream cheese topping. Take a bowl & add cream cheese, butter,powdered sugar & vanilla extract. Mix it properly..
  9. Apply this cream cheese topping to cake. Decorate with pistachios & sprinkle some cinnamon powder. Carrot Cinnamon Cake is ready. Enjoy.
