  5. Prepare 50 g of grated parmegiano regiano.
  6. Prepare of Bolognese Meat.
  7. It’s 300 g of minced beef.
  8. Prepare 6 of garlic cloves.
  9. Prepare 1/2 of onion.
  10. It’s 1 teaspoon of fine salt.
  11. It’s 1 spoon of Worcester sauce.
  12. You need of Grinded black pepper.
  13. You need of Grinded sea salt.
  14. Prepare of Oregano.
  15. Prepare of Rosemary.
  16. It’s of Parsley.
  17. It’s of Crushed Chillies.
  18. Prepare of Paprika.
  19. It’s of Tabasco Pepper Sauce (brand).
  20. You need of Mixed herbs.

Basic Adapted Lasagne Bolognese instructions

  1. Start by finely chopping the garlic, onion and parsley..
  2. On a low temperature, stir the garlic and onion for a couple of minutes..
  3. Add the minced beef to the pan, increase the temperature to medium and keep stirring..
  4. After cooking the beef for a couple of minutes add the fine salt, grinded sea salt, grinded black pepper, Worcester sauce and keep stirring..
