Ingredients of Khajoor milkshake
- It’s 8-10 of soft khajoor(Dates).
- You need 5 of almonds.
- It’s 5 of cashew.
- It’s 1 tbsp of cardamom powder.
- Prepare 4 cup of Boil milk.
Khajoor milkshake step by step
- Firstly wash the dates remove their seeds and then soak in liltle warm milk for around 10 minutes. Soak almonds n cashew too separately for around 10 mins in milk.
- Add all the ingredients to a blender with a half cup of milk. Blend it till it gets the smooth paste. Then add rest of the milk again blend it till everything get mix well..
- Boil it again for 5 mins. Switch off the gas, transfer milk in serving glass. Serve warm hot dates Milkshake..
- Note: In this recipe I didn't added sugar. It's better to skip adding sugar. In order to make this recipe even more healthier instead of sugar u can add one TSP of honey into the milk shake while blending….
