Ingredients of Easter cheese bread
- It’s 350 g of flour.
- You need 200 g of to 250 g grated cheese.
- You need 25 g of dry yeast.
- You need of dry parsley.
- It’s 2 of eggs.
- It’s 2-3 tbsp of olive oil.
- It’s 1/2 cup of warm water.
- Prepare of salt.
- Prepare of rosemary.
Easter cheese bread instructions
- Mix 100gr flour with the yeast and a bit of the water and allow to rise..
- Beat the eggs and add the grated cheese and the parsley..
- Make a well in the center of the rest of the flour and add the salt, one tbsp olive oil and the warm water..
- Stir and add the mixture of the eggs and the risen dough..
- Knead till the flour is intergated. Allow to rise for about 1,5 hours..
- Brush 2 baking pans with oil and put half of the dough in each of them. Sprinkle them with the rosemary and some salt and pour 1-2 tbsp olive oil on the top.
- Bake them, 200 degrees, for 35-40 minutes.
