- Prepare of grm, dates.
- It’s of grm, almonds.
- Prepare of grm, cashew nut.
- It’s of grm, pistachios.
- Prepare of grm, sharred coconut.
- You need of tbsp, desi ghee.
Energy date rolls instructions
- Grinde dates into paste..
- Chop the nuts, heat ghee in a pan, add nuts and fry till slight brown in colour.
- Add dates paste and mix it well.fry for 2 minutes on low flame then add sharred coconut and turn off the flame..
- When it is warm to handle make it dough and make log then roll it in cling wrap and keep it in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours..
- Once done, roll it in sharred coconut, slice it and enjoy..
