  1. You need of flaked almonds.
  2. Prepare of milk.
  3. Prepare of black dates.
  4. You need of powdered green cardamom.
  5. Prepare of pistachios.
  6. Prepare of Raisins.
  7. You need of Cashews.
  8. Prepare of Sugar.

#Dates and Dry Fruit Kheer instructions

  1. To begin with, take a chopping board and chop dates, slice pistachios and deseed dates..
  2. Over medium flame, place a pan and mix in dates and milk in the pan. Cook for 30 minutes on low heat or until tender..
  3. Add almond flakes and chopped pistachios in the pan. Mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes..
  4. Now stir in cardamom powder,sugar in the kheer and mix well. Turn the flame off and let the kheer cool down..
  5. Garinsh with almonds flakes,raisins,chopped dates,dates’ puree and cashews and serve. You can also refrigerate the kheer for upto 1 hour and serve chilled..
