- Heat a pan,add oil and fry the tomato slices.
- Add salt and turmeric powder and cover it till the tomato slices get tender.
- Now add the dates mix well and cover adding water.
- Finally as the dates get tender mix well adding sugar.
- The chutney is ready to serve.
