Ingredients of Rosemary Mustard Glaze

  1. Prepare 1-10 lb of ham.
  2. Prepare 2 cups of Dijon Mustard.
  3. You need 1 cup of Mayonnaise.
  4. Prepare 4 Tbs of chopped dried Rosemary.
  5. Prepare of Coarse Black Pepper.
  6. It’s 1/2 cup of Water.

Rosemary Mustard Glaze step by step

  1. I bring the ham out of the frig about 1 hour before baking to bring closer to room temperature.
  2. Pre-heat oven to 350*F.
  3. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  4. Place Ham in a bake pan/roaster fat side down.
  5. Generously spread glaze on all exposed meat, a silicone brush worked great for me.
  6. Place 1/2 cup of water to bottom of pan.
  7. Place ham in the oven. Generally 15minutes for every pound of Ham…ENJOY!!!!.
