- Prepare of Fresh okara.
- You need of Katakuriko.
- It’s of Water.
- You need of Canned cooked adzuki beans (sweetened).
A Low Calorie Snack: Adzuki Bean and Okara Mochi Cakes step by step
- Mix together all the ingredients except for the adzuki. Once well-mixed, mix in the adzuki. (If you dissolve the katakuriko into the water beforehand, it will be easier to mix.).
- Divide into 8 portions and shape into discs. Arrange on a plate. (Make each piece about 1 cm thick.).
