  1. It’s of digestive biscuits / Parle-G biscuits/ Marie biscuit.
  2. Prepare of melted butter.
  3. You need of milk.
  4. Prepare of sugar.
  5. It’s of custard powder.
  6. It’s of heavy cream.
  7. It’s of cornflour.
  8. It’s of cocoa powder.
  9. Prepare of Optional ingredients:.
  10. You need of Dessicated coconut for decorating.
  11. You need of Melted chocolate for decorating(zigzag).

3-layered custard chocolate cake – Eggless and without oven step by step

  1. Put the digestive biscuits in a grinder. Grind them and make crumbs..
  2. Mix the crumbs with melted butter well..
  3. Put them in a rectangle mould and spread it evenly..
  4. Boil 2 cups milk in another vessel and add 1/4 cup sugar.
  5. Add custard powder. Cook them until it thickens. Pour it over the biscuits layer..
  6. Boil 1 cup milk in another vessel..
  7. Add heavy cream, cornflour and cocoa powder. Then add sugar. Mix them and cook until it thickens..
  8. Pour it over the custard layer..
  9. Keep it in fridge for 2 hours..
  10. Remove it from the mould after 2 hours. Spread some dessicated coconut and spread melted chocolate as a zigzag..
  11. Cut into pieces and serve. Enjoy!.
