Ingredients of Persimmon Cake
- It’s 3 cup of flour.
- You need 2 cup of sugar.
- Prepare 1 tsp of cinnamon.
- You need 1/2 tsp of salt.
- It’s 1 tsp of baking soda.
- You need 1 cup of vegetable oil.
- It’s 3 of eggs.
- Prepare 1 1/2 cup of persimmon pulp.
- Prepare 1 cup of walnuts ( optional ).
- You need 1 of powdered sugar ( 4 dusting).
Persimmon Cake instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F or 180 celsius.
- combine the first 9 ingredients mix well..
- pour into a greased 10 inch bundt pan. bake for one hour or until done..
- remove from pan while warm..
- Dust with powdered sugar.
- This cake can also be made in cake tins.
