- You need of Cashews (roughly cut).
- It’s of Almonds (roughly cut).
- It’s of Raisins.
- Prepare of Black dates.
- It’s of Poppy seeds.

- First roughly chop the dates add them to a mixer jar and grind well. Keep the mixture aside for now..
- Now in a Kadhai add poppy seeds and roast them for about 2-3 min on a low flame..
- Add the cashews, almonds and allow them to get roasted..
- On a low flame add the raisins (don’t let the raisins on flame for long as it can get burnt).
- Add the dates mixture and mix it well (Mix well until the dates are coated properly with the nuts).
- Take out the mixture in a bowl and keep it aside..
- Grease your hands with some oil and take some dates mixture in your hand. Roll it to a round shape to form a ladoo..
- Garnish with desiccated coconut or with some finely cut almonds and enjoy the healthy sugarfree sweet..
