  4. Prepare of Zest of half a lemon.
  5. It’s 1/3 cup of mint leaves, finely chopped.
  6. Prepare 1/3 cup of parsley leaves, finely chopped.
  7. Prepare Handful of pomegranate seeds.
  8. You need Handful of pumpkin seeds.

  1. Cook the couscous/ maftoul according to the directions using stock instead of plain water..
