Vegan curry step by step

  1. Fry onion and chillies till soft in your pressure cooker.
  2. Add all spices and garlic to roast and release all the goodness.
  3. Add everything else and 3 cups of water.
  4. Bring to the boil and then close pressure cooker.
  5. Lower heat to medium.
  6. After about 45 mins check it and add more water if needed.
  7. Once peas are soft, serve with sambals and banana.
