  2. You need 1/2 tbsp of kosher salt.
  3. Prepare 2 of and 1/4 tsp quick rise yeast.
  4. It’s 2 cups of lukewarm water.
  5. It’s of to grease Oil (for skillet).
  6. You need to taste of Rosemary (topping).
  7. It’s to taste of Course salt (topping).
  8. It’s of Olive oil (topping).

Vegan skillet bread instructions

  1. Add yeast and water together.
  2. Add one cup flour and salt and combine well.
  3. Add rest of flour one cup at a time.
  4. Once combined cover with a damp cloth to rise for an hour.
  5. Take dough out and add to lightly oiled skillet.
  6. Leave to rise another 30 mins covered.
  7. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C..
  8. Drizzle olive oil, salt and rosemary over top of the bread.
  9. Slash top with a knife in an X.
  10. Bake for 35-40 mins.
