  1. You need 2 cups of cooked quinoa.
  2. It’s 1 cup of Cannellini beans, drained, rinsed & mashed.
  3. You need 1 cup of mix veggies(carrots, bell peppers)or any veggies of your chioce.
  4. You need 2 Tbsp of chickpea flour.
  5. Prepare 1 Tsp of garlic powder.
  6. Prepare 1 Tbsp of mix herb seasoning.
  7. Prepare to taste of salt.
  8. You need 1 tsp of black pepper.
  9. Prepare 2 tbsp of olive oil.

Quinoa Patty step by step

  1. Cook the quinoa with 2cups of water..
  2. Drain, rinse and add the beans..
  3. Give the nice whirl to all the veggies and beans..
  4. Mix it with cooked quinoa. Add salt, pepper, mix herb and chickpea flour and mix well..
  5. Start forming patty tightly of the quinoa mixture, around the size of a tablespoon for each. Set them aside..
  6. In a large non-stick skillet, heat olive oil over a medium high heat. Add the quinoa patties to the pan, and cook till nice golden and crisp on all edges. Remove with the help of tong..
  7. Serve these yummilious patties with ketchup or green chutney..
