Ingredients of Healthy cake

  1. Prepare 1/2 cup of butter.
  2. It’s 3/4 cup of powdered sugar.
  3. You need 1.5 cup of rava/sooji.
  4. Prepare 1/2 cup of maida/All purpose flour.
  5. Prepare 1/3 cup of curd.
  6. It’s 1/2 cup of milk.
  7. You need 3/4 spoon of baking powder.
  8. It’s 1/2 spoon of baking soda.
  9. Prepare 1 cup of chopped nuts and berries.

Healthy cake instructions

  1. Take a bowl and mix butter and sugar well..
  2. Add all dry ingredients and then add curd and milk while mixing..
  3. Let it rest for 30 minutes then if it's consistency is not much loose you can add 3/4 cup milk and mix well.add nits& berries and mix well..
  4. Take a cake mould and pour the batter in it. Keep it in preheated oven at 165°c temp for 25-30 minutes. After you see rise let it rest for a while and then unmould it..
  5. Can enjoy the sponge cake or can cover it with chocolate ganche..
