Ingredients of Healthy cake
- Prepare 1/2 cup of butter.
- It’s 3/4 cup of powdered sugar.
- You need 1.5 cup of rava/sooji.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of maida/All purpose flour.
- Prepare 1/3 cup of curd.
- It’s 1/2 cup of milk.
- You need 3/4 spoon of baking powder.
- It’s 1/2 spoon of baking soda.
- Prepare 1 cup of chopped nuts and berries.
Healthy cake instructions
- Take a bowl and mix butter and sugar well..
- Add all dry ingredients and then add curd and milk while mixing..
- Let it rest for 30 minutes then if it's consistency is not much loose you can add 3/4 cup milk and mix well.add nits& berries and mix well..
- Take a cake mould and pour the batter in it. Keep it in preheated oven at 165°c temp for 25-30 minutes. After you see rise let it rest for a while and then unmould it..
- Can enjoy the sponge cake or can cover it with chocolate ganche..
