Ingredients of Vegan Chinese Style Tofu and Vegg Bowl
- You need 1 of carrot.
- You need 1 of eggplant.
- You need 1 cup of cauliflower.
- You need 1 of bell pepper.
- You need 1/2 block of hard tofu.
- You need 1 cup of cooked white rice.
- Prepare of Salt and pepper.
- It’s of White sessame seed.
- It’s 1/2 cup of soy sauce.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of sessame oil.
Vegan Chinese Style Tofu and Vegg Bowl instructions
- Cut the vegetables in long and thin strips strips and saved them.
- Cut the tofu in big squares.
- Fried the vegetables separately for around 2 minutes. Also,add the pepper,salt and soy sauce.
- Boiled the cauliflower for 3 minutes..
- Serve with the rice and add the sessame oil on top.
