- You need 2 cup of wheat flour.
- Prepare 1 cup of jagerry/ sugar.
- It’s 1/2 cup of curd.
- Prepare 3/4 cup of oil.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of baking soda.
- It’s 1 tsp of baking powder.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of cinnamon powder(if you don’t have you can use cardamom powder).
- You need 1 pinch of salt.
- It’s 1/2 cup of water.
- It’s 1 tbsp of raisins (you can use any dried fruits of your choice).
Whole wheat flour healthy cake step by step
- Take jaggery in a mixing bowl add curd and oil mix it till jaggery melts..
- Now add wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon powder and mix it by cut and fold method (don’t over mix)..
- Now add water to make thick batter. Now add dried fruits and mix it..
- Transfer it to a greased cake tin and sprinkle some raisins on the top and tap it to remove air bubbles..
- Bake it on 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes in a preheated oven..
- Check it by inserting a toothpick or knife if it comes out clean it means it’s done..
- Remove it from the oven and let it cool down completely and then demold it and our healthy yummy wheat flour cake is ready..
