  1. You need 2 cup of wheat flour.
  2. Prepare 1 cup of jagerry/ sugar.
  3. It’s 1/2 cup of curd.
  4. Prepare 3/4 cup of oil.
  5. Prepare 1/4 tsp of baking soda.
  6. It’s 1 tsp of baking powder.
  7. Prepare 1/4 tsp of cinnamon powder(if you don’t have you can use cardamom powder).
  8. You need 1 pinch of salt.
  9. It’s 1/2 cup of water.
  10. It’s 1 tbsp of raisins (you can use any dried fruits of your choice).

Whole wheat flour healthy cake step by step

  1. Take jaggery in a mixing bowl add curd and oil mix it till jaggery melts..
  2. Now add wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon powder and mix it by cut and fold method (don’t over mix)..
  3. Now add water to make thick batter. Now add dried fruits and mix it..
  4. Transfer it to a greased cake tin and sprinkle some raisins on the top and tap it to remove air bubbles..
  5. Bake it on 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes in a preheated oven..
  6. Check it by inserting a toothpick or knife if it comes out clean it means it’s done..
  7. Remove it from the oven and let it cool down completely and then demold it and our healthy yummy wheat flour cake is ready..
