Ingredients of Healthy Oats Cake
- Prepare 1 1/2 cup of oats.
- You need 1 tsp of tutti frutti.
- It’s 1 tbsp of cashew chopped.
- You need 1 tsp of raisin chopped.
- It’s 3/4 tsp of baking soda.
- It’s 1 tsp of baking powder.
- Prepare 1 cup of milk.
- You need 1 of banana.
- You need 100 gms of white butter.
- You need 3/4 cup of gur/shakkar.
- You need 1 tsp of vanilla essence.
Healthy Oats Cake step by step
- Put oats in grinder and make fine powder.
- Add tutti fruitti, cashew, raisins in a bowl and dust it with oats powder..
- In a jar add 1/2 cup milk, white butter, gur, vanilla essence and blend for 2 minutes..
- Then add chopped banana and blend again for 2 minutes.
- In a deep bowl add oats powder and milk mixture, mix it well..
- Preheat otg on 180℃ for 10 minutes, pour mixture in greased cake tin, sprinkle some dry fruit on it, tap it 3 to 4 times,.
- Put it in otg for 30 mts, oats cake is ready, demould it,keep aside. When cool down cut it in pieces and serve..
