Ingredients of Sorghum Popcorn Bhel
- Prepare of For spicy sorghum popcorn:.
- You need of sorghum popcorn/ Jowar dhani.
- You need of oil.
- Prepare of tumeric powder.
- It’s of asafoetida hing.
- Prepare of red chilli powder.
- You need of Salt.
- Prepare of Other ingredients:.
- It’s of puff rice/ mumura (optional).
- You need of small boiled potato peel and chopped.
- Prepare of small onion finely chopped.
- You need of small tomato finely chopped.
- You need of fried or roasted rice khichiya papad.
- Prepare of Red khajur dates chutney as required.
- It’s of Spicy green bhel chutney as required.
- It’s of roasted peanuts.
- It’s of besan spicy sev.
- Prepare of Besan sev to garnish.
- You need of Chaat masala as per taste.
- It’s of Finely chopped fresh coriander leaves to garnish.
Sorghum Popcorn Bhel instructions
- To make spicy sorghum popcorn. In kadhai add heat oil,add asafoetida, tumeric powder and salt. Add shorgum popcorn and red chilli powder. Mix well and saute on slow flame till crispy..
- In mixing bowl add spicy sorghum popcorn, puff rice, hand crushed rice papad,chopped potato,onion, tomato, spicy sev, peanuts, khajur chutney and spicy green chutney as per taste,chat masala. Mix well..
- Serve/ Relish Delicious Sorghum Popcorn Bhel garnish with besan sev, chopped coriander leaves immediately..
