Sun-dried tomato and prosciutto tear and share.

- You need of Roll of puff pastry.
- Prepare of Few sun-dried tomatoes in oil.
- You need Packet of prosciutto ham.
- You need of Egg to glaze.
- In a food processor whizz up the tomatoes, use a little of the oil to help. Roll out the pastry, prick with a fork.
- Spread tomatoes all over. Add ham on top. Roll up into a sausage.
- Cut diagonally using scissors all the way down. Twist each section slightly, first left then right. Glaze with a beaten egg and bake for about 25 mins at 180 ?.
