- Prepare 1 cup of whole wheat flour.
- You need 1 tsp. of corn flour.
- You need 2 teaspoons of milk powder.
- It’s 2 of apricot pieces.
- It’s 2 of black raisins.
- Prepare 2 spoons of dried cranberries.
- You need 2 spoons of tutti fruti.
- You need 2 Tsp of almond chopped.
- It’s 2 teaspoons of cashews pieces.
- You need 2 tbsp. of walnuts chopped.
- You need 1/4 cup of orange juice.
- You need 1 tsp of baking powder.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of baking soda.
- You need 1/2 tsp. of venila essence.
- Prepare 1 tsp. of saunth powder.
- You need 1/2 cup of milk.
- You need 1 Tsp of vinegar.
- You need 1/4 cup of oil.
- It’s 1/4 cup of brown sugar.
- You need 2 spoons of sugar.
Christmas cake step by step
- In a pan add sugar and mix water and cook till its colour becomes caramelized..
- Soak cranberries, tutti fruitti, apricot, black raisins in orange juice for an hour..
- Add vinegar to milk and let it keep aside for 5 mins in a blender add brown sugar,oil, venila essence,milk vinegar mixture and blend it..
- Seive wheat flour, baking powder,soda,saunt powder milk powder,corn flour..
- Now mix blended mixture to soaked dry fruits and give it a mix, then add this to dry ingredients mix it with one direction,add cashews, almonds,walnuts..
- Preheat Kadai for 10min. Add batter to greased mould and bake for 30 to 35 min. Check it, if not done cook for 5min more, take out cool it and the Christmas cake is ready to serve..
