Ingredients of Bolo de Rulao aka Semolina Cake..
- Prepare 2 cup of Semolina.
- Prepare 4 of Eggs.
- It’s 1 cup of Sugar.
- Prepare 1 cup of Butter.
- It’s 1 cup of Desiccated Coconut.
- You need 1 tsp of Baking powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Rose Water.
- It’s 2 tbsp of Chopped Nuts.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Chopped Cherry.
- It’s 1 pinch of Salt.
- It’s 4 tbsp of Milk or as needed.
Bolo de Rulao aka Semolina Cake.. instructions
- Blend butter and sugar.. Now add eggs..whisk till make foam n bubbles..
- Another bowl mix semolina with baking powder..
- Now semolina mix with egg mixture. Blend well. It should not be lumps. If need mix milk with spoon..
- Add rose water and desiccated coconut..
- Now grease the baking bowl. Pour semolina mixture in layer.. Now Sprinkle nuts n cherry.. Again pour mixture.. Again nuts.. This way pour whole mixture..
- Bake 30-40 min in oven..
- After 30 min.. Check with knife. If it comes out clean.. Its done.. If u need more than bake again for 10 min..
