- It’s 11/2 cup of fresh orange juice.
- It’s 3/4 cup of sugar powder.
- You need 1 tsp of vanilla essences.
- Prepare 1 cup of milk.
- You need Pinch of edible red food colour.
- Prepare 3/4 of refined oil.
- It’s 1 tsp of baking powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of baking soda.
- Prepare Pinch of salt.
- Prepare 1 bowl of all purpose flour.
Orange muffin valentine day special instructions
- In a mixing bowl put all dry ingredients mix it properly.
- Now add wet ingredients again mix it properly make a smooth batter.
- Now in a another small bowl take out 1/2cup batter from the prepared batter add edible red colour mix it well keep it a side.
- Now take a muffin mould grease with oil then pour prepared batter.
- Now take a small spoon of red colour batter and mould it in heart shape.
- Now bake it in preheated microwave at 180c for 15 to 20 min.
- Now insert a toothpick and take out, if it is clean then it has been baked.
- Now take out from microwaves let it cool down then demould it and enjoy.
