  1. Pre heat oven 350°F.

  3. Smash the banana.
  4. Add the egg whites, honey and milk into a bowl, mix them.
  5. Add the flour, baking soda, chopped apple and smashed banana into another bowl.
  6. Combine everything, mix them into a batter.
  7. Bake it for 10 minutes, at 350°F, take it out and slightly cut the middle of the unfinished cake.
  8. Bake it for another 15 -20 min.
