Ingredients of Valentines vermicilli custard pudding
- You need 1 litre of milk.
- Prepare 1/2 bowl of vermicilli.
- It’s 6 tsp of sugar.
- It’s 4 tsp of custard powder.
- You need 1 cup of water.
- Prepare 4 tsp of mixed fruit jam.
- Prepare as needed of Pomegranate pearls.
Valentines vermicilli custard pudding instructions
- Dry roast vermicilli in a pan.. when it become golden brown then add milk..
- Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on low flame. Now add sugar and still continuously tell sugar dissolve.In a bowl add custard powder and 2 tbsp milk and make a paste..
- When vermicilli become soft then add custard paste..stir continuosly.turn off the flame immediately.let it be cool on room temprature..
- Take a glass and pour some mix fruit jam or any other jam of your choice.pour custard pudding in the glasses. Keep in refrigerator for 30 to 40 minutes.Garnish with pomegranate seeds or dry fruits. Serve chilled..
