Mint Chocolate Cookie Bark instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a large cookie sheet with foil. Lay your graham crackers out to cover the cookie sheet. You can break them apart to help use all of the space. Takes about 2 packages or a little less. Pour both packages of chips over the crackers and spread evenly trying to cover all of the crackers. Place in the oven and watch carefully. Takes only 3-5 minutes to melt the chips. Once they are melted (they will be shiny) take out of the oven and use a fork to start swirling the chips to create this yummy goodness. Let harden on the pan and break apart and enjoy. Store in an airtight container. Makes great gifts. If you love Girl Scout Thin Mint cookies you will LOVE this recipe..
I'm a huge fan of St. Patrick's Day and love to bombard my family with all kinds of green treats. Since mint is so amazing with chocolate, this bark is a total no brainer for Christmas too! Mint Chocolate Bark has a beautiful swirled green-and-chocolate appearance, and a refreshing minty flavor, topped with Andes mints. In addition to mini pretzels, almonds and peanuts.
