- We normally produce tigernut in bulk because we sell both in wholesale and retail. We don’t soak the tiger nut, what we do is pour it in a mortar, add a little water and stir it vigorously with a pestle. This makes the tiger it’s super clean..

- After grinding, we use a large cheesecloth to sieve it by adding just a little ice cold water. But if you’re adding sugar and flavors, you can add a lot of water.
