- It’s 8 g of Premium Matcha (powdered green tea for cooking).
- Prepare 10 g of Genmai (toasted brown rice).
- It’s 1 pinch of salt.
- Prepare of (1 heart silicone mold).
Matcha chocolate for Valentine's Day 2019 instructions
- Heat white chocolate (previously cut) in the microwave..
- Once the chocolate melts, add Matcha powder and mix it well..
- Pour half quantity into the mold (height should be half of total)..
- Drop the mold on the table from 10 centimeters high a few times so that the surface is horizontally uniform..
- Add salt and Genmai to the rest of matcha chocolate and mix well..
- Pour the chocolate with Genmai into the mold (now the height is 100%)..
- Drop the mold on the table from 10 centimeters high a few times so that the surface is horizontally uniform..
