Ingredients of Mini quiches

  1. Prepare 3 tsp of milk.
  2. It’s 4 of eggs.
  3. It’s 2 of finely chopped carrot.
  4. It’s Half of a cucumber chopped finely.
  5. You need 100 g of ham or whatever meat you prefer.
  6. It’s 100 g of grated cheese.
  7. You need 2 tsp of your preferred herbs etc (parsley, Brazil, mix herbs).
  8. You need Half of a tsp of lemon juice.
  9. It’s 1 of pitch of salt and pepper.
  10. It’s 1 of whole tomato finely chopped.

Mini quiches instructions

  1. Preheat oven 160°c.
  2. Add eggs and milk into mixing bowl and mix well.
  3. Finely chop all vegetables and preferred meat and add to egg mix.
  4. Add herbs, lemon juice and cheese and mix well..
  5. Spray muffin tray and pour egg mix into muffin tray evenly.
  6. Turn oven up to 200°c.
  7. Put muffin tray into oven for 30-40 minutes, making sure to keep checking as minutes go by.
  8. When cooked all the way through take out of muffin tray and let rest for 10 minutes before serving and enjoy!.
