Ingredients of Mini quiches
- Prepare 3 tsp of milk.
- It’s 4 of eggs.
- It’s 2 of finely chopped carrot.
- It’s Half of a cucumber chopped finely.
- You need 100 g of ham or whatever meat you prefer.
- It’s 100 g of grated cheese.
- You need 2 tsp of your preferred herbs etc (parsley, Brazil, mix herbs).
- You need Half of a tsp of lemon juice.
- It’s 1 of pitch of salt and pepper.
- It’s 1 of whole tomato finely chopped.
Mini quiches instructions
- Preheat oven 160°c.
- Add eggs and milk into mixing bowl and mix well.
- Finely chop all vegetables and preferred meat and add to egg mix.
- Add herbs, lemon juice and cheese and mix well..
- Spray muffin tray and pour egg mix into muffin tray evenly.
- Turn oven up to 200°c.
- Put muffin tray into oven for 30-40 minutes, making sure to keep checking as minutes go by.
- When cooked all the way through take out of muffin tray and let rest for 10 minutes before serving and enjoy!.
