Ingredients of Japanese Summer Ramen with Sesame Sauce
- You need of Ramen noodle.
- It’s of Cucumber.
- You need of ham.
- It’s of crab-sticks.
- It’s of egg(fried and shredded).
- You need of green onion.
- You need of mushroom fried with salt and lemon.
- It’s of Sesame sauce.
- It’s 2 tablespoon of sesame.
- Prepare 2 tablespoon of sugar.
- It’s 2 tablespoon of soy sauce.
- It’s 2 tablespoon of water.
- It’s 1/2 teaspoon of Dashi powder (fish bouillon) if you have.
- Prepare 1/2 of lemon.
- Prepare 1 tablespoon of sesame oil.
Japanese Summer Ramen with Sesame Sauce step by step
- Cut vegetables, ham and egg..
- Boil Ramen noodle and cool it washing in cold water..
- Grate sesame seeds and mix with seasonings..
- Garnish vegetables, ham and egg on ramen noodle..
- Sprinkle sesame sauce and put chili oil or lemon, vinegar to taste. Enjoy ???.
