  1. It’s 2 tbsp of Oats.
  2. You need 3 of Dry dates soaked -.
  3. It’s 2 of Walnuts soaked in water.
  4. It’s 6 of Soaked apricots.
  5. You need 2 tbsp of Powdered Jaggery.
  6. Prepare 11/2 glass of Milk.
  7. It’s of Roasted flaxseeds to garnish.
  8. Prepare 1 tsp of Elaichi pdr.

Oats n Apricots Thandai step by step

  1. Stir fry oats for 5 min..
  2. Soak oats in water and boil it in 1/2 cup of water for 5 min on medium heat stirring continuously..
  3. Deseed soaked apricots and dates..
  4. Blend walnuts,dates,cooked oats and jaggery in a grinder..
  5. Add milk and elaichi pdr and then blend a few more seconds. Chill it in the fridge..
  6. Pour in glasses and garnish with dry roasted flax seeds..
  7. Yummy and healthy oats thandai is ready. Keep.
  8. Serve and drink chilled..
