Ingredients of Oats n Apricots Thandai
- It’s 2 tbsp of Oats.
- You need 3 of Dry dates soaked -.
- It’s 2 of Walnuts soaked in water.
- It’s 6 of Soaked apricots.
- You need 2 tbsp of Powdered Jaggery.
- Prepare 11/2 glass of Milk.
- It’s of Roasted flaxseeds to garnish.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Elaichi pdr.
Oats n Apricots Thandai step by step
- Stir fry oats for 5 min..
- Soak oats in water and boil it in 1/2 cup of water for 5 min on medium heat stirring continuously..
- Deseed soaked apricots and dates..
- Blend walnuts,dates,cooked oats and jaggery in a grinder..
- Add milk and elaichi pdr and then blend a few more seconds. Chill it in the fridge..
- Pour in glasses and garnish with dry roasted flax seeds..
- Yummy and healthy oats thandai is ready. Keep.
- Serve and drink chilled..
