Ingredients of Persimmon Cake
- It’s of flour.
- It’s of sugar.
- It’s of cinnamon.
- It’s of salt.
- It’s of baking soda.
- You need of vegetable oil.
- You need of eggs.
- You need of persimmon pulp.
- You need of walnuts ( optional ).
- Prepare of powdered sugar ( 4 dusting).
Persimmon Cake instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F or 180 celsius.
- combine the first 9 ingredients mix well..
- pour into a greased 10 inch bundt pan. bake for one hour or until done..
- remove from pan while warm..
- Dust with powdered sugar.
- This cake can also be made in cake tins.
