  3. Prepare of cocoa.
  4. You need of whey protein.
  5. It’s of fine oats.
  6. Prepare of nuts (optional).
  7. Prepare of dried cranberry (optional).

Healthy Protein Cake step by step

  1. Mash the banana using a fork. Add to it the peanut butter, cocoa and whey and mix well.
  2. Add the oats, dried nuts and cranberry and mix well again.
  3. Put the mix in the freezer for 20 minutes, then remove it and shape it to your liking.
