Ingredients of Eggless dripping chocolate cake
- Prepare 3 cups of all purpose flour.
- Prepare 2 cups of sugar.
- It’s 1 cup of oil.
- Prepare 2 cup of sour butter milk or 2 cup milk add 2 tbsp vinegar.
- Prepare 2 tsp of vanilla essence.
- You need 2 tsp of baking soda.
- Prepare 1 cup of cocoa powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of salt.
- Prepare of For chocolate ghanche.
- You need 1 1/2 cup of chopped baking chocolate.
- Prepare 1 cup of full fat cream.
- You need 1 tsp of butter.
- It’s of For roasted walnuts chocolate mousse.
- Prepare 1/4 Cup of roasted chopped walnuts.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of chocolate ghanche.
- You need 2 tbsp of whipped cream.
- You need of For chocolate curls.
- It’s 1/2 cup of chopped baking chocolate.
- You need of Strawberry.
Eggless dripping chocolate cake step by step
- In a big bowl seive dry ingredients flour coca powder baking soda salt.
- In another bowl add oil sugar butter milk vanilla essence and mix well.
- Add both dry and wet ingredients and mix well no lumps and pouring consistency.
- Preheat oven at 180'C and pour batter in greased pan and bake it 40-45 minutes at 180 'C or toothpick comes out clean…
- For ghanche heat cream in a pan pour it on chopped chocolate add butter and cover it..let it sit for some seconds.
- Mix well and keep this ghanche in fridge or at room temperature I made it day before..keep ghanche overnight on kitchen slab..
- 1/2cup chocolate ghanche beat it with beater add 2 tbsp whipped cream and roasted chopped walnuts.it becomes light and fluffy…
- Melt baking chocolate with double boiler method.
- 2 tbsp melted chocolate spread over neat flat surface with help of spatula and let it cool for 10 minutes..roll it with help of scrapper and chocolate curls Ready..
- Dip strawberries in melted chocolate and let it dry..
- Now take out cake from oven let it cool cut it horizontally filled it with ready chocolate walnuts mousse.
- Cover it with ready chocolate ghanche and pour ghanche over the edge of cake.
- Garnish it with chocolate curls and chocolate strawberry…
