  1. Prepare 1 cup of jowar flour.
  2. It’s 4 tbsp of cocoa powder.
  3. You need 1/2 cup of fresh thick curd.
  4. It’s 1/2 cup of milk.
  5. You need 1 cup of powdered sugar.
  6. It’s 4 tbsp of melted butter.
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp of vanilla essence.

Gluten free Chocolate Cake instructions

  1. Sieve jowar flour, cocoa powder & baking powder together..
  2. Combine curd, milk, powdered sugar, melted butter & vanilla essence & whisk well..
  3. Add flour mix in it, add approximately 2 tbsp water & fold it with spatula..
  4. Grease & dust microwave proof baking tray. Pour cake batter in it & microwave for about 5 minutes on high. Baking time varies from oven to oven so keep an eye on it while baking..
  5. Once cool down, unmold it & enjoy..
