- You need 2 pieces of Apple chopped.
- It’s 3 pieces of Dates chopped.

- Wash and Peel the apple and cut it again into small pieces..
- Wash the dates and cut it from the middle and took out the seeds..
- In a jar, chopped apples, chopped dates, cardamom powder and a cup of milk and grind them well..
- Again Put three glasses of cold milk and sugar in the jar and grind it well..
