Ingredients of Healthy Sabudana Fruit Cake

  1. Prepare of Sabudana (soak 2hr).
  2. Prepare of Sugar.
  3. It’s of Milk.
  4. You need of kiwi fine chopped.
  5. It’s of papaya fine chopped.
  6. It’s of Few Pomegranate seeds.
  7. Prepare of Whipped cream.
  8. You need of Few Cherries for garnish.

Healthy Sabudana Fruit Cake step by step

  1. Boil milk and add soaked sago (Sabudana) cooked on low flame, stirr regularly..
  2. Cook till then it will be transparent or it will be soft..
  3. Add Sugar cook for 3 to 4 minutes..
  4. Cool it, and add Whipped cream and fruits..
  5. Putt Sabudana Fruit mixture into silver mould..
  6. Freez it for 3 to 4 hour and then un mould it..
  7. Garnish with cherry..
  8. Serve chilled to the kids..
