  5. You need 1 of little garlic powder.
  6. You need 1 of little salt.
  7. You need of Sushi rice.
  8. Prepare 3/4 cups of water.
  9. Prepare 3/4 cups of short grained rice.

  1. Rinse the rice in a small pot until the water runs clear..
  2. Drain the rice..
  3. Measure the water In to the pot..
  4. Put the pot on the stove with the lid on..
  5. Heat until boil, then turn down to low until the rice is done..
  6. While the rice is cooling get out a bamboo mat and the seaweed..
  7. Cut up the ham, cheese and avocado..
  8. Evenly spread sushi rice on the seaweed..
  9. Place the avocado, ham and cheese down about one inch from the edge..
  10. Sprinkle a little salt and garlic on the avocado..
  11. Roll as tightly as possible starting at th edge with the toppings..
  12. Cut each piece about 3/4 of an inch..
  13. Enjoy!!!.
