  1. Prepare 2 of Apples.
  2. You need 1 cup of cold milk.
  3. Prepare 1/4 cup of water if required.
  4. You need 3 of Dates.

  1. Wash & clean the apples and remove skin if required. But it is good to prepare milkshake with skin..
  2. Cut the apples into small pieces and put them into a blender or mixer jar. Then add 2-3 dates..
  3. Add 1 cup cold milk and 1/4 water(optional). You can add only milk also..
  4. Blend it to smooth juice texture for 2-3 mins, transfer it to a glass and serve chilled. No need to filter also..
