- You need 1 cup of butter/margarine.
- You need 1 cup of sugar.
- It’s 1 of egg.
- It’s 1 cup of honey.
- It’s 2 tbsp of white vinegar.
- It’s 5 cups of flour.
- You need 1.5 tsp of baking soda.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of salt.
- It’s 2 tsp of ground ginger.
- It’s 1 tsp of ground cloves.
- Prepare 1 tsp of ground cinnamon.
- Cream butter adding sugar gradually, beat till well combined..
- Beat in egg, honey & vinegar..
- Sift all dry ingredients together & mix dry ingredients to wet..
- Refrigerate dough for 30 to 90 mins..
- Preheat oven to 350deg.
- Roll out dough and cut into desired shapes.
- Place shapes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper..
- Bake for 9 – 11mins. Let them cool on a pan for 5 mins before transferring to cooling rack..
