  2. sautee chopped onion on the skillet in olive oil.
  3. spray cooking oil on to cupcakepan ( I only made two so I only sprayed to cups).
  4. add one slice of ham to each cup.
  5. whisk one egg on a bowl and do the same with the other egg.
  6. add the whisked eggs to the ham.
  7. add cooked onion/cilantro/cheese/ black pepper and salt to cup and mix carefully with a fork.
  8. bake for 20 -25minutes and enjoy.
