Ingredients of Steamed Milk Cake
- Prepare 3 cups of Milk.
- You need 1/4 cup of sugar.
- It’s 1/4 cup of milk powder.
- It’s 1 Teaspoon of cornstarch (here you can add colostrum powder).

- You need 7-8 of saffron strands.
- Prepare of Few drops of rose essence(optional).

- In a saucepan, stir in milk with sugar, cornstarch, saffron. Set over medium flame, stir continuously..
- Bring it to boil. Boil till milk reduces to 2 cups..
- Remove it from flame. Allow it to cool..
- Now add cardamom powder and rose if you wish..
- Mix everything well. And pour the milk batter in a greased tin.
- Now pressure cook it till 5 whistle's on medium flame..
- Once it is pressure cooked, take it out allow it to cool and cut it in small squares..
- Refrigerate it and serve these milky cubes..
- It not looks tempting but is very healthy for kids.
