Ingredients of Banana & Date shake
- You need 2 of Banana.
- It’s of Dates 3 or brown sugar 1 tbsp.
- It’s 1 cup of Milk.
- Prepare cubes of Ice.

- In a blender add in banana & dates. If you dont have dates substitute it with brown sugar..
- Next add in milk and ice cubes too..
- Blend it very well..
- A healthy drink is ready especially for kids !!.
