Ingredients of Fit Brownie

  1. You need 75 g of oats (if you've whole oat flakes crush It).
  2. Prepare 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder.
  3. It’s 1/4 glass of water.
  4. It’s 4 of dates.
  5. It’s 1/2 of banana.
  6. You need 125 ml of milk.
  7. You need 1 of egg.
  8. It’s 2-3 ounces of chocolate (min.70%cocoa).
  9. You need 5 of walnuts.
  10. It’s 1/2 tablespoon of coconut oil/ olive oil.
  11. You need of Stevia to taste (little because It sweet more than sugar)/honey.
  12. You need 3 teaspoon of yeast.

Fit Brownie instructions

  1. Beat the dates with banana and water.
  2. Mix the oats with the cocoa powder, egg, milk, oil and stevia.
  3. Mix the date shake with the oatmeal mixture.
  4. Peel the walnuts and chop them with your fingers and cut the ounces of chocolate into squares.
